ABOUT US
The Society of Ethical Attorneys at Law (SEAL) is the only national organization dedicated exclusively to advancing the positive public image of attorneys and the profession of practicing law.
SEAL is nonprofit, tax exempt, and absolutely non-partisan. We do not, as an organization, engage in the carrying on of propaganda, or otherwise attempting, to influence legislation. We do not, as an organization, participate in, or intervene in (including the publication or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office. We do, however, encourage our members to express their personal views.
SEAL welcomes members from any practice area of the law. SEAL is dedicated to advancing all attorneys and the practice of law—not to advancing any particular groups of attorneys. Since we are non-partisan, we have no affiliation with any segment of the legal profession. In fact, SEAL has support from all areas of the law—judges, law professors, defense lawyers, plaintiff lawyers, criminal lawyers and prosecutors, transactional lawyers, in house counsel—you name it! Our goal is simple—to restore the public integrity of ALL lawyers!
